Na semana do dia 13 de maio foi realizada a SIPAT 2019, na matriz Sul Corte. Uma ação de extrema importância que teve como objetivo principal conscientizar, educar e informar todos os trabalhadores envolvidos sobre a prevenção de acidentes e cuidados com a saúde.
A segunda-feira iniciou com um café da manhã super saudável e um bate-papo sobre hipertensão no trabalho, diabetes e doenças decorrentes da má alimentação. Seguindo a programação, na terça, a empresa recebeu a visita de uma educadora física que palestrou sobre ergonomia no trabalho, a importância da realização de alongamentos e especialmente a forma correta do transporte de materiais pesados.
O dia seguinte começou com um diálogo sobre conectividade e o tempo gasto com o celular e os meios digitais. Uma conversa conveniente que abriu caminho para a palestra de quinta-feira, onde a coaching familiar, Gerusa, fez uma bela explanação sobre a vida e a inversão de prioridades que domina a sociedade. A falta de tempo com a família e a importante missão de perdoar e ser perdoado, para viver em harmonia consigo mesmo e com os outros.
Já o último dia foi de muita descontração com a presença da turma do SESI e seu workshop sobre educação musical. Com o propósito de estimular o desenvolvimento artístico-cultural, aulas de controle de respiração, ritmos e melodias foram ensinadas aos profissionais.
A realização da SIPAT ofereceu conhecimento e novas perspectivas, provando ser uma ação indispensável para o crescimento e o desenvolvimento da empresa.
