Sul Corte offers a specialized sharpening service for cutting tools, using CNC equipment and controlled processes to restore the original geometry of the cutting edge. The process restores the tool's performance, ensuring precision, finish and longer service life according to the manufacturing specifications.
HSS high-speed steel circular saws, Tipped Circular Saws with carbide or CERMET inserts, and Band Saws that allow resharpening.
The retipping service restores circular saws with carbide or CERMET teeth that show wear or broken inserts. Damaged inserts are replaced and the tool undergoes adjustment and sharpening processes, restoring its working condition and extending its service life.
Retoothing allows the tooth geometry of HSS circular saws to be changed or rebuilt to meet new cutting applications. After the process, the tool undergoes sharpening and dimensional inspection to ensure compliance with the new configuration.
